Midnight Market

A man cooking hot dogs on a rollerAn event for Port Liberte local ages 21 and older, the Midnight Market is a massive celebration. The event puts a spin on the traditional night market, offering the hottest food trends in the area, live music, local vendors, and more.

Curious about what flavors you can try? A few of the vendors this year include Moffle Bar, MozzArepas, Bacon Me Crazy, Angry Archie’s, and Baonanas. Tickets are only $7 if you buy online, so don’t miss out on this year’s Midnight Market!

Hoboken Mac & Cheese Festival

a bowl of mac and cheeseA brand new event in the area from the minds that brought you the Hoboken Pizza Fest, the Hoboken Mac & Cheese Festival is filled with every type of mac & cheese you can imagine. A few twists on the classic comfort food this year will include buffalo chicken, BBQ pulled pork, and lobster-infused flavors.

In addition to all of the cheesy dishes, the festival also features an open bar, live music, and a variety of games, contests, and competitions. There are two separate sessions during the day, so snag your tickets for one today!

International Exhibition of Sherlock Holmes

Various antiquesStep into the shoes of renowned detective and super-sleuth, Sherlock Holmes. An interactive exhibit put together by the Liberty Science Center, the International Exhibition of Sherlock Holmes gives visitors the chance to solve a case, and learn more about the science behind Sherlock’s sleuthing.

Walk through a recreation of Sherlock and Watson’s famous 221B Baker Street flat, browse through your own book of clues, and explore more about all things Sherlock. Grab a Combination Pass or Premium Pass from the museum, and tap into your detective skills.

All About Downtown Street Fair

Last year, over 40,000 people and 200 vendors gathered in Jersey City’s Historic Downtown District. This year’s celebration hopes to be even bigger.

With a Kidszone, tons of food and flavors, handmade art from local vendors, and tons of downtown businesses offering exclusive deals — and so much more — the Street Fair is the can’t-miss event of the season.
